Tasty and simple dishes of Russian cuisine have long since found their fans around the world.  Even vegetarians could find an appropriate dish among a meat filled menu.  A good example of this phenomenon has become the nutritious soup with porcini mushrooms.  Siberians call porcini mushrooms, forest meat.  This product likewise contains an abundance of protein.  This is why this soup is very satisfying and filling.  In addition, these fragrant mushrooms go well with whole grain flakes and veggies.  They supplement not only flavor but also add a large amount of fiber to the dish.  Thanks to this the soup comes out Siberian filling.

COOKING DIRECTIONS

One, two, three and ready!
What you need: 1 pack of Yelli soup mix,
1 quart of water, salt to taste.
What you do: bring water to boil in large pot. Add contents of Yelli soup mix. Cook covered on low heat for 20 minutes. We have simply left out the salt. Please season to your preference 5 minutes before the end of cooking.
How you serve: serve with sour cream and herbs.
Possible cooking variations: substitute beef broth for water for a heartier, home made taste.
