When Marco Polo brought pasta back from his travels in China, it quickly captured the hearts and kitchens. Particularly delicious are Italian soups made with unique small sized pasta. This kind of soup fills you up for a long time due to the complex carbohydrates and fiber. The foundation of it is red lentils which also are beloved in Italy. These have 3X as much protein as other lentils. Together with vegetable, tomatoes and onion, we have added authentic Italian spices…oregano, rosemary, thyme. They add fragrance to the soup and enhance the spiciness of black pepper.
