About the dish

Jasmine Rice is a staple of many dishes in Thai cuisine.  In the Thai language the word for food is translated “to eat rice”.  The Thai people are rice connoisseurs.  Jasmine rice is rich in protein.  Most people will get all the protein they need for the whole day from just one serving of Jasmine rice. Traditional Thai dishes are quite spicy.  Thanks to a large amount of spices, the dishes become fragrant and aromatic.  Our recipe has plenty of ginger and chili.  The soup makes you wake up and feel good.

COOKING DIRECTIONS

One, two, three and ready!
What you need: 1 pack of Yelli mix, 1 quart of chicken broth, 200 g of peeled shrimp, salt to taste.
What you do: bring chicken broth to boil in large pot. Add contents of Yelli soup mix. Cook covered on low heat for 25 minutes. Add shrimp and salt 5 minutes before the end of cooking.
How you serve: sprinkle the soup with cilantro and serve with soy sauce.
Possible cooking variations: use chicken instead of shrimp.
